This is just an update regarding my diet goal. I am proud to inform all my friends here that in two weeks, I lost another 5 pounds again! My goal is to at least lose 20 pounds and so far, I lose 14 pounds since I started my diet. This is a huge achievement for me. It was not easy at first but because of my strong self-motivation, I was able to conquer the hardest part of dieting. Thanks to my dear friend who recommended the diet supplement, with the proper exercise and healthy foods, I noticed some muscles in my belly.
