Yesterday while visiting my friend, I saw the weighing scale at their bathroom and I decided to weight myself to see of I lose weight and I am so happy and thankful to know that I lose 3 pounds in one week. It really motivates me to work hard more. My goal is to at least lose 15 lbs. I know I still have a lot of work to do before reaching my goal but I am satisfied to see some result and
reduce body fat in one week. I tried my size 2 pants last night and shocked that it fits to my hips, it’s still a little tight but it a relief to finally able to fit in, in that tiny jeans. Right now, I need to focus on my abs, I seriously need some muscles, my skin in my stomach is kind of lose due to my pregnancy and it would be really nice to get my flat belly again, I am crossing my finger that it will!
