If you are struggling to lose weight like me then don’t worry because you are not alone and there are so many ways to get slim and get back on shape. A friend of my mine, suggested to skip all the carbohydrates but instead, eat salad, vegetables and fruits. I used to eat rice and it is very hard for me to skip but with self-motivation plus diet pills, I was able to conquer the biggest challenge of my life. And you too, can do it. It may hard for the first 3 days but you will get use to it, keep trying and don’t give up.
