Did I tell you how lack of sleep affects your life? I mentioned in my previous posting about not getting enough sleep for a week and it’s affecting my body negatively. I don’t have
stress and hair loss issues before but now I am having a hard time to deal with that issue. I realized how important to balance your life and manage your time wisely. I spent too much thinking about things that makes me awake during night time and work too much on dayt ime. I was taking advantage with my body lately and I think it’s time to slow down a bit and indulge myself into something relaxing before losing all my hair. I am still young and I need to enjoy it!
