My husband and I are on diet right now, we buy foods that are low on carbohydrate. It’s been almost a month since we are working on our diet and amazingly, my husband lose 5 lbs already and I lose 3 lbs:-) pretty cool isn’t it? We are very happy with the result and don’t have any plan to stop until we reach our goal. But my husband is having a hard time to increase his muscles tone no matter what exercise he does. I might get him a supplement to help him increase his muscles size. I read some
cell mass reviews online and it looks like its working pretty good to many people plus the product is based on one of the best known products on the market and in its particular category. It focuses on one and only one thing, and for many, that would incur the idea that they would be really good at that one thing.
Anyway, I need to get going and finish my errands and then call my husband later to share what I found and oh yeah, if you could give me some ideas too about muscles supplement, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!
