Tilapia Fish!

I cooked tilapia fish yesterday (paksiw) and shared it to my neighbors for the first time and so glad that they like it! I never thought they they will like it so I only give them a little and guess what? they want more of my fish! it makes me feel good that someone likes my cooking. Paksiw is very common in the Philippines but what I did yesterday, I mixed it with lots of fresh spices so it tasted good. My nieghbor said that they will eat anything whateven I want to share with them:-) Next time I have to make sure I gave them enough because yesterday is only good for one person and they split that together which is very small dinner for each person.
