My three year old boy requested this morning if I can make him spaghetti. I am not really in the mood to cook but because he only asked me to cook once in a while, I cook it anyway. I do not have ground beef so I decided to use the left over corn beef that I cooked the other day, it worked out pretty good because in the country where I came from, we normally use canned seasoned corn beef for spaghetti sauce instead of ground beef. I was gonna use ground turkey but I do not want to spend another hours thawing it out. Anyway, my son end up eating a whole bowl of spaghetti and I am very happy seeing him eating that much because he is such a picky eater like his dad. I still have some left over in the fridge about two serving so anyone who wants a taste of my delicious spaghetti is welcome!
Jason has been so busy fixing our shop and hoping to finish it all before winter. There is much stuff that we need to put in our shop and it has to be in a good place to preserve them. We went to the store the other day to buy woods, metal, electric wires, heatshrink tubing, paint and some other important materials. I feel bad because I cannot help my husband fixing the shop, the only thing I can do is to assist and make sure he had ice cold water and food to eat. I was hoping the husband of my sister in-law will help him but I don’t think he would. Anyway, its lunch time here and time to feed my little boy, have a great Monday everyone!
