My son and I will be leaving in a few days back to US but I wanted to buy something special for my niece and nephew before I leave, something that they can use at school. I browse some possible presents last night and decided to buy them a sneakers. I think sneakers will be a good choice since they both active in sports and needs good comfortable sneakers plus there are a lot of good sneaker stores here in the city or even online. I did not tell anyone yet about my plan and I am very excited because I know they will love it! They were actually hinting me the other day when they saw my two pairs of sneaker and that is why I am going to buy a pair for both of them.
It’s been a week now since we have been working on my mother’s new house, everything is almost done but we need to buy industrial pumps for the two bathrooms. The kitchen also needs a new sink and a faucet. I am so happy that this house is almost done because I want my mother to live comfortably and to get it all done before I leave back to US. The house is not that big but enough for both of them and maybe a few visitors. The important thing now is that, they do not need to pay monthly rent for their housing and save money. Anyway, I need to get going and prepare for lunch, have a good day everyone!
While on the plane my son watch the mickey mouse movie for four times. I am so happy they have it installed because it does entaittain my son. He never cry or complain being in the plane for 12 hours. When he is tired he sleeps and when he is awake, he watch the mickey mouse. We have the most enjoyable trip ever! plus the food is good of course!
I am having a hard time using my old laptop, I can only use it for few minutes and then it shut down. I do not know what is going on but I think it’s time to buy a new one. I know I should enjoy my vacation but I also have a responsibility that needed to have a good running computer. I am thinking to just buy the tablet netbooks since they are a lot cheaper and then I can give it to my younger brother when it is time for me to go back home. My brother was actually asking me to buy him a laptop and I think this is a good time to buy one for him since I needed it anyway. I actually found few affordable netbooks online and I might call my husband to buy it for me and then maybe they can deliver it to the store and I will just pick it up. Anyway, I need to get going and finish the things that I needed to finish while someone is watching my little boy.
My friend Lisa was asking me to find a siegel literature racks so we can display her own cards and some magazine on prospectors day. I am going to the big city tomorrow and she wanted me to buy some for her. She is a very talented when it comes in making cards. She is a good painter and that is what she uses on her card. There is only one place I know where they sell racks and hopefully I can find the one that suit to her needs otherwise, I will order it online. Anyway, I need to get going now and prepare for the big weekend, I am also planning to sell my homemade soap on Lisa’s booth and I need to work faster so I can finish everything I need.
If there is one thing that I wanted to happen in my vacation, that would be no traffic when I am on the road. It is very upsetting to be stuck in the road when you are in a hurry. I wish I will never experience that traffic again. All I wanted to do is to enjoy my vacation so please No traffic again!
I am thinking to buy some yoga mats this weekend for a change of my daily workout. I have been hearing good feedbacks about Yoga and wanted to try it to see if it works on me too. My neighbor is actually thinking of doing the yoga together every Wednesday but I did not promise her anything because I do not want to pressure myself. I wanted to have my own schedule and do the yoga anytime I want. I actually asked my husband to join with me too as soon as I had the mats but he is not sure if he is going to do it with me since he is not really into that kind of stuff but I will try my best to persuade him and who knows, he might like it. How about you? Have you been doing Yoga? Maybe you could tell me about it!
Nowadays, people like to go to car wash machine to wash their car but not us. We preferred to wash our car and truck by ourselves. We used to wash our car in town using the car wash machine but after it ruined our truck mirror and some of the stickers, we decided not to do it again. My husband spent hundreds of dollars to fix the side mirror and that is why, it is better to wash it by ourselves, it is a lot cleaner and safer for our car or truck. Last Christmas, we bought new air water pressure, abrasives brushes and cleaners. And we have been cleaning our car since then and we loved doing it! It’s like a family job and at the same, saving money. On winter, we wash the car at least twice a month and on summer like this, we wash the car once only. This weekend will be spending time again outside cleaning our car and truck:-)
Yesterday, my close friend showed the picture of the foods that she has been cooking lately and when I saw the picture of the fish which we called PAKSIW (fish cooked in soy sauce and vinegar) I suddenly craved it. And since I have the same frozen fish, I decided to cook the same thing and it turned out really good! As you can see in the picture, that's the fish that I cooked yesterday and it's also my lunch today. Every time I cook the fish like this, I suddenly forgot that I am on diet hehehehe. It's so hard to resist, it may look weird in the picture but the flavor is so tasty!
