This is my first spinach salad from our own garden. I harvested one serving spinach today and I am so excited. It wasn't a lot of food but it feels pretty good to eat something from your own garden. This is my first gardening and I will definitely do this again next year. Atleast now I know when is the right time to plant your veges and how to take care of them.
I seriously need to go to the store today and buy all the materials I need for our work this coming weekend. My friend in church got a new house few miles away from here but the house needs some renovation and we wanted to help her fixing minor stuff so she can save money. She is a widow and there is no one to help her other than her friends. We have few industrial materials in the shop but we still need safety glasses, earplugs and gloves. This is going to be our first time helping someone and I am excited. My sister in-law will be the one to watch Alex since we are going to work there for the whole day.
Anyway, I need to get going now and finish my errands before hubby gets home. Have a great day everyone!

I am thrilled and excited for Glee's next season. According from Yahoo news, she will be on the next season this coming fall and as a Glee fans, I am extremely excited and proud to see one of our kind being on the show. I've heard rumors few weeks ago about this matter but it was not confirmed until yesterday. It's going to be an exciting season for Glee!
I am very happy I met a new friend who lived close to where I am. She is only 10 minutes away and close to my age as well. I invited her twice already here in our place and we get along very well as well as our son. I wanted to talk with her on the phone everyday but I cannot contact her because of their internet connection, she is using dial up and no one can contact her when she is online. She asked me about our high-speed internet and planning to switch. She is going to contact our internet provider this weekend to set an appointment to install the satellite and buy Linksys router afterwards. We used Linksys router for our wireless connection and she wanted to get the same thing for she already knew how to hook the wires and how fast it was.
I am very excited for her, I can finally contact her anytime and she can watch videos online that you cannot do in dial-up. Anyway, below is her picture with her son.

I am very excited with our new little pond in our backyard, it looks very comfortable and natural beside the green house but getting rain for weeks, it ruins the pond. It is somewhat muddy right now and the water is not clean, I am worried with our fish, we only have few little fishes and we will buy more this weekend. But before getting more fish I need to buy pond filters to keep the water clean and clear. This will also help to remove fish waste, fish foods, removing debris and most importantly, protecting pumps and helping the filters to out the nutrients that can be used to fuel algae blooms.
I hope and pray not to get rain next week so we can enjoy and spend more time outside. I am tired being at home most of the day because of the rain plus I wanted my son to play his new water toys.

I expect to atleast get a warm weather this month but come on, why it feels like spring outside? it ain't fair! It's been raining here for weeks now and I am so worried my plants won't make it. I have a feeling I won't be able to harvest anything at all, all our efforts and expenses will be worthless. I am crossing my finger to atleast not to get a rain for 2 weeks just enough to make my plants grow and get enough sunlight..
I am thinking of putting videosurveillance in my son’s bedroom. I trained him to sleep in his own room now but I am still worried of him being alone in his room in the middle of the night. His bedroom is way too far from our room and that makes me even more worried without me beside him. My son and I are been sleeping in the same bed since he was born, it is easier for me that way to feed him when he was still breastfeed, we got him a fancy crib but he seems not to like it. I still have to get up at least 4 or 5 times to put him back to sleep. I hope the video surveillance will me things easy for me and for him. It’s going to be hard to sleep away from each other.
This my second time of having bags, the last time I got bangs when I was little, I cannot even remember what age:-). First, I made the bangs and then my hands just keep on going and cut even more and end up with this new look. I am proud to say I did not pay anything to get this new look, I got stiffness neck and arm but its all worth it! I love my hair, it's a new thing to me!
People nowadays are becoming dependent to their credit cards including myself. I never had credit card in my life until I got married to my husband, I always carried cash with me whenever I go or buy something. Now that I use credit card in most of my purchase, I will never go back to my old style again. For me, credit card is more efficient and safe to carry. Moreover, you can save money and sometimes credit card providers offers reward card or gift cards as well as cash backs. However, credit card user must be also mindful and responsible with their credit cards. Knows your limit and pay your credit regularly to avoid hassle in the future.
One of the reason why I love summer, I can buy all the veges I like. We went to the Filipino store just recently to buy Filipino stuff and I found lots of them. The picture I attached here is one of the veges I got. The dish is very simple yet palatable and nutritious. I sauteed the leaf with fried tuna fish, soy sauce and some seasonings. This is one of the veges I got the other day and I still got more of it.
